She was born on 11th November 1979 in Mumbai, India. Her parents have blue blood Bharat Dev Varma and actress Moon Moon Sen, Raima and both her sister Riya uses the last name on the screen of her mother.
Her grandmother Suchitra Sen, actress while his grandmother ILA Devi, the princess of Cooch Behar Gayatri Devi whose sister is the Maharani of Jaipur.
