She was born in1979 She is an Indian model and actress in Bollywood. She was born in Bombay, India on 11th September 1979 Sign is a Virgo, and stands 5'6 "tall. She has dark hair, brown eyes. She has two sisters, Selphi and Mona Lisa. The latter is married to Bollywood actor Rajat Bedi . She has a nephew, Vivan, and niece, Vera.
She is one of the contestants Femina Miss India competition in 2000, when Miss Universe Lara Dutta has opted Netherlands and eventually became Miss Universe 2000, Priyanka Chopra chosen Miss India World and Miss World Final was the 2000th Diya Mirza has chosen as Miss India Asia Pacific International and finally became Miss Asia Pacific 2000, Gayatri Joshi chosen Miss India International and later semifinalist at Miss International 2000th
Tulip Gujarati.Tulip was educated in Mumbai and attended Jamnabai Narsee School and later Mithibai College where she graduated in food science and chemistry. She excelled in sports, competing in athletics at national level.
Tulipan enter the Femina Miss India competition in 2000. She does not on the list of winners, but was noticed by many advertising agencies. She appeared in several ad campaigns for big brands (Ponds, Pepsi, Siyaram, BPL, Smirnoff, etc.). (She has also appeared in a video made in honor of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
Tulip entered movies quite by chance. She was a friend of the bride of Aditya Chopra, son of director Yash Chopra. Family can be seen on their wedding and asked her to audition, and she threw her yaar Ki Shaadi Hai more.
Since there is no perfect Hindi, she trained in Hindi diction and acting in Feroze Khan's studio. She was also advised by the filmmakers in order to change his name to something more Indian, as viewers may have difficulty in adopting heroin with such unusual names.
